Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting an estimate, you, the client, agree to the terms and conditions of Legacy Home Services, LLC. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Legacy Home Services, LLC for the job, and no other agreements or representations, whether oral or written, shall be binding.

2. Service Scope and Description

Legacy Home Services, LLC will perform the services as described in the provided estimate. Any changes or additional services must be agreed upon in writing and may incur extra charges. We guarantee to use professional equipment and industry-standard procedures. While we aim for the best results, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains (e.g., oil, rust, paint).

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure all windows and doors are securely closed, provide access to a working water spigot, remove all fragile items from the service area, and keep pets and children indoors during the service.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We will schedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon time. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed on the final invoice. Services greater than or equal $500 will require a 30% deposit upfront, and the remainder of the payment upon completion of the services.

6. Damage and Liability

Legacy Home Services, LLC is fully insured. We are not responsible for damage due to improperly sealed windows, loose siding, or pre-existing conditions. Before the execution of services, Legacy Home Services, LLC agrees to perform a pre-inspection of the property and will share the documentation of the inspection before performing its services. Any claim for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a follow-up to address any issues within the scope of our work.
